Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of Embark Goods, our current lead time is 7-10 days (plus shipping)

  • We may accept a return if your product is not marked, damaged, or personalized.

    All returns/exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. Email hello@embarkgoods.co to get your return/exchange approved.

  • All of our engravings are black—not gold or another color. Because of this, personalizations are more subtle on darker leathers. If you want your personalization to appear prominently on your leather product, we recommend choosing our lightest color (Natural).

  • We offer four leather colors: Natural, Brown, Dark Brown, and Black. All products we craft may not identically match the colors shown in our pictures, because each leather hide is unique.

  • The best file type would be .SVG, .PSD, .EPS, or .AI. If you only have JPEG or PNG file it should be black and white with good resolution.

  • We will ship your order using FedEx 2-Day shipping after our team has crafted the product. It may take up to ten (10) days to craft and/or engrave your leather product.

  • We have encountered situations in which a package gets stuck at a location for several days. In most cases, however, the package arrives to its intended destination, albeit later than expected. If your package has not moved for more than four (4) days, please contact us and we’ll help you work with FedEx to find your package.
